We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact orders@rawcranium.com
 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If approved, a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow several days for tracking updates to become active.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. Raw Cranium Records is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and replacements are not guaranteed.
